Why the Heat not winning the Finals would be best-case scenario for NBA

NBA lost quite a bit of popularity nationally when last summer Lebron James, Chris Bosh, and Dwayne Wade decided to go on the same team, Miami Heat, forming a super team. So every year, fans expect Lakers, Celtics, Mavericks, Bulls, and now Heat to be in hunt for a title. Now after the Conference finals sixty percent of those teams will be eliminated ( could be eighty if the Mavericks are eliminated). If the Grizzlies were to win the finals, it would boost the NBA in popularity, because it would show that even an eighth seed could win the finals, meaning there is a big level of competition where any team could beat any team on any given night. If the Heat win the finals, the NBA would lose popularity big time due to the fact that almost everyone expected the Heat to win the finals after "The Decision" on ESPN. If won  the Mavericks win, that be great for the NBA also because it has been a while since they won the finals, and make the NBA seem like a league where a team cannot win the finals just because of talent, it takes heart and patience. If the Heat win, it might as well be "NBA : Where the Miami Heat happen"
